Vas is a qualified accountant with extensive local and international experience in financial strategy development and implementation, and in the restructuring of business activities for performance improvement. Since 1973 he has had extensive commercial operations experience and has completed financial analyses for many enterprises both in Australia and internationally. He has prepared in excess of 35 major business plans in both private and public sectors, ranging from commercial enterprises to Government Departments turning to commercial activities.

In addition to his work in fiancial analysis and restructuring, Vas's focus includes raising loan and / or equity funds and assisting businesses with the preparation of financial packages (eg Information Memoranda) for financial institutions and professional investors. As part of the capital raising process, he assists with negotiations to ensure that the interests of the business operators and owners are protected for the future growth of the business.

For situations involving the consideration of business and Information Technology strategy, business performance improvement and process change, we also offer the services of our business consulting specialist Dr Brett L Scarlett.

Brett is an Information Technology project director, strategist and advisor. His client engagement experience has involved him in a range of industries: Internet and Applications Service Providers, Telecommunications, Utilities, Transportation, Financial Services, Government and Media. His project experience includes: contract management (outsourced services), strategic consulting, architecting technology and application solutions, process redesign, systems integration, software and production systems support and project management.
